Instructions for reserving a Study Room
- On the Zoom Room Booking page (see reference image), click the link to the room you wish to reserve. Then use the "Go To Date" button or the left and right arrows to select a date for your reservation.
- Availability is indicated on the grid in green. Hover the mouse pointer over a grid block to see its corresponding time and date. Click a green box to set the beginning time of your reservation.
- When you click a green box, it will become orange to indicate your selection. You are also placing a temporary hold on this time slot. If you navigate away from this page, the time slot will appear "Unavailable" until you complete your reservation or up to 5 minutes of inactivity.
- Once selected, your requested time slot will also be displayed at the bottom of the page as text. You can click the trash icon to cancel your selection and to make another choice from the grid.
- If you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Submit Times" button. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in using your LSU Health Science credentials.
- On the screen that follows, you must fill in your name and LSUHS email address and can now click "Submit My Booking."
- You should then see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email (check your spam/junk folder if you do not).
